  • Grape varieties :
    The two grape varieties Pinot Noir and Chardonnay have been selected to create this blend. Our base wines are produced in the same way as France's most reputed sparkling wines.
  • Winemaking :
    Harvesting is carried out manually. All stages of the winemaking process are carried out entirely by us in order to ensure high quality and close monitoring. Thanks to our pneumatic presses, gentle pressing of the fruit ensures a high quality result. Only the first presses of our best batches make it into the final blend. The Marie Ambal Rosé is aged on racks for between 24 and 30 months in our Burgundy cellars in order for its aromas to intensify. We aim to produce expressive Crémants de Bourgogne with exceptional aromatic intensity. In order to achieve this, we add a sugar dosage of 13g/L and use 20 to 25% of reserve wines.
  • Food pairing :
    This Crémant is ideal for light dishes such as grilled fish or white meats served with field mushrooms. For a sweet option, the Crémant Marie Ambal Rosé is an excellent choice for red fruit desserts.
  • Aromas & Flavors :
    The nose and palate of the Marie Ambal Rosé offer an explosion of intense flavours such as raspberry and ripe red fruits. The finish is toasty and very impressive for a Rosé.
