Maison VEUVE AMBAL is an owner/grower of over 200 ha of vineyards, which makes it the owner of one of the biggest vineyard areas in Burgundy.The estates are located in 4 different wine-growing regions and this diversity gives the rich and complex aromas that can be found in the Maison's wines. In fact, VEUVE AMBAL's Crémant de Bourgogne uses the special features of each Burgundy wine-growing region like a painter uses a large palette of colours to enhance the qualities of their work.

Gracieux Chevalier, our estate in the region of Auxerre
This vineyard covers over 52 ha, of which 45 ha is all in one piece.Vines are planted low and the vineyard draws its mineral qualities from the clay-limestone soil that is typical of the best wine-growing regions of Burgundy.Three varieties are planted: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and a small amount of Gamay.Produced in the old farm of Pérignon, it produces a complex Crémant de Bourgogne in which the floral notes and summer fruits notes are mixed with brioche notes and aromas of apricot and peach.

La Vigne au Roy,our estate in the Hautes Côtes de Nuits
The Vigne au Roy estate is located in Hautes Côtes de Nuits, in a rich clay soil.This 40 ha vineyard consists of high vines on the slopes of Bévy. They are all old vines, whose deep roots draw everything from the Earth.It is planted with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grape varieties. These elements give the Crémant de Bourgogne a delicacy and roundness over notes of citrus.

La Grande Côte, our estate in the region of Chatillon-sur-Seine
This 41 ha estate is the largest vineyard in Chatillonais, which is the part of Burgundy that borders the Champagne region.Planted with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay varieties in low vines, it benefits from clay-limestone soils. Blocks of the region's limestone lava have also been used to build local houses.Beginning in the 17th century, Cistercian monks from the Molesme abbey established the vineyards on these slopes. This estate produces Crémants de Bourgogne that express their mineral qualities with a lot of elegant and powerful aromas.

Les Vignes de l'Ange, our estate in the region of Couches
This 70 ha estate is located on the slopes in the wine-growing areas of Couchois and Maranges, south of the Côte de Beaune.It is planted in high-density low vines, which allows the full complexity of this wine-growing region to be perfectly revealed. For this purpose, although the main planting is Pinot Noir, it has all four Burgundy varieties: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Aligoté and Gamay.

These environmental considerations are at the heart of its action and extend from the vineyards to the production of wines.The production site is certified ISO 14001.
