    The Traditional Method requires specific qualities during production. We let the wine age naturally in the bottle for a long time (at least 9 months), which allows a natural secondary fermentation.

    The smoothness of our Sparkling Red Burgundy will complement desserts such as a Black Forest Gateau or strawberry trifle.
  • Aromas & Flavors :
    This Bourgogne Mousseux Rouge reveals a beautiful red color. On the nose, aromas of red fruit dominate. The cherry and wild berries succeed to more complex flavors like licorice and caramel. On the palate, the balance is perfect.
