Grape varieties

This crémant de Bourgogne is made of grapes of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Aligoté issued from the organic agriculture.

Commentaries by our oenologist

It has a nice golden robe, lightly amber-pink, which is typical of blending mainly composed of Pinot Noir. The nose is expressive with hints of fresh plums, cherries and lemon. The mouth is well balanced with notes of brioche and fresh butter.

Ideal as an aperitif.
