Grape varieties

This brut crémant de Bourgogne from the ‘Gracieux Chevalier' estate is produced with grape varieties Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Gamay. Situated in the Auxerrois vineyards at Cravant, near Chablis, our estate possesses an exceptional soil giving unique character to the cuvées vinified in the superb old buildings of the Pérignon vineyard.

This is a rich and complex wine. The hints of flowers and berry fruit (raspberry and blackcurrant) are mixed with warmer aromas of pastry, apricot and peach.

Tasting

On its own, this crémant de Bourgogne will also be a pleasant accompaniment to your fish and white-meat dishes.
